We Roast each coffee separately in order to bring out the flavors individually and the we blend them to create a blend that is greater then the sum of its parts.

Process: Pulped Natural / Washed

Variety: Yellow Catuai / Cattura, Castillo

Altitude: 1000 MASL / 1700 (Meters Above Sea Level)

We taste:

Mild bright acidity, Bakers chocolate, sweet caramel finish
